These terms govern your use of thevantgroup.com, valuation.thevantgroup.com and app.thevantgroup.com (together, the Sites), and the services offered on them by The Vant Group (we, us). By using the Sites you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
The Vant Group is a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm at 17766 Preston Road, Dallas, TX 75252. We advise business owners on selling, buying and valuing companies. We are not a law firm, an accounting firm or an investment adviser, and nothing on the Sites is legal, tax or investment advice. Talk to your own attorney and CPA before acting on anything you read here.
Valuation estimates
The instant estimate on valuation.thevantgroup.com and the Owner’s Value Snapshot are educational estimates built from the figures you enter and from market data we consider reliable. They are ranges, not appraisals. They are not a certified business valuation, an offer to buy, a guarantee of sale price, or a prediction of what any buyer will pay. Accuracy depends on the information you provide. A formal valuation requires an engagement with The Vant Group and a review of your actual financial records.
The Owner’s Value Snapshot ($97)
The Owner’s Value Snapshot is a one time purchase of $97, delivered to your private portal by email after payment clears. It comes with a 7 day money back guarantee. If your Snapshot is not useful to you, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full $97 to your original payment method through Square. If you engage The Vant Group for a complete valuation within twelve months of purchase, the full $97 is credited toward that engagement. Payment is processed by Square; we do not store your card details. The included advisor call is a conversation, not a commitment, and either side may decline to proceed.
Events
Our seminars and webinars, including The Art of the Business Transfer, are free educational events. Seating for in person sessions is limited and confirmed on a first come basis. Registration gives us permission to send you the event details, reminders and follow up about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We may record virtual sessions.
Confidentiality
Information you share with us through the Sites is treated as confidential and is used to prepare your estimate, your report and to contact you about your business. It is not sold or shared outside The Vant Group and the service providers who host and deliver the Sites for us. Buyers and other third parties never see your information without a signed confidentiality agreement.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, to use the Sites only for your own business, and not to copy, scrape, resell or interfere with the Sites. Reports and portal content are licensed to you for your own use and may not be redistributed.
Limits on our liability
The Sites and estimates are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, The Vant Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Sites or reliance on an estimate, and our total liability for any claim related to the Sites will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product in question.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be heard in Dallas County, Texas.
