- Alex Vantarakis – Managing Partner
Mr. Vantarakis has over 15 years of management, ownership and acquisition experience. He has extensive experience in the areas of acquisitions, finance, franchise development and strategic planning, Mr. Vantarakis is active in the business brokerage industry as a member of the Business Broker Network, Texas Association of Business Brokers and The International Business Brokerage Association.He has served as CFO of a start-up venture capital firm, as well as CFO / Franchise Development Manager for a hotel advertising company. He also has served as a consultant, strategic planner and operations manager.
Mr. Vantarakis has been active in the M&A and business brokerage industry since 1997 and has represented buyers and sellers in a wide variety of transactions. He has lectured at dozens of associations on the topic of the business transfer process. Mr. Vantarakis is co-author of “EXIT: A Business Owner's Guide to Selling a Company,” which outlines the selling process of small to mid-size companies.
Mr. Vantarakis received his BS in Finance from Boston College with honors and his MBA degree concentrating in Finance/Business Development from The Babson Graduate School of Business with honors.

Mr. Gaskill has over 12 years' experience in executive leadership of multiple businesses. Mr. Gaskill has extensive experience in management, business development, leadership and international trade finance.
Mr. Gaskill received his BS in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma.

Gina Khoury has been with The Vant Group for over 11 years. During this period she has become the hub for many of our client service activities. She is involved in assisting buyers in the beginning stages of the M&A process, including arranging all meetings, and gathe
ring and compiling all of the components needed to bring a business to market. Gina has a Bachelors degree in micro biology and entered med school before opting to enter the M&A field. Mr. Poock has over 25 years experience in the private placement equity funding of professional practices, start up companies, and investment entities. He also has extensive experience in the design, lease negotiation, and facility acquisition for professional practices. He was CFO and then CEO of a Dallas based securities company. Mr. Poock is involved in the sales and the mergers & acquisitions of CPA practices, Law practices, Dental practices, and Medical practices. He brings expertise in the valuation process, funding process, and that ever so important compliance with government regulation.
