Mr. Goldman has over 44 years experience in management, ownership, sales and acquisitions. His licenses include a Texas Real Estate License, Texas Insurance License, Senior Business Analyst Certification, as well as Machinery Equipment Appraiser.

Steve served as Senior Vice President and Sales Manager for Swank, Inc. from 1962 to 1996. He owned Par III Leather Manufacturing Co. in Philadelphia, PA and Dallassite Apartment Locators in Dallas, Texas. Steve served as president of the Philadelphia Men’s Apparal Association and in the U.S. Army from 1958-1962.

 Steve holds a BS degree in marketing from Temple University and a Masters in Management degree from Uppsala in East Orange, New Jersey.
