After college graduation Mark launched is entrepreneurial career in a variety of businesses including a delicatessen, a mortgage company, an laundry service business, and a mutli-family management company. Additionally, he has purchased and sold multifamily real estate in Texas and purchased and invested in the real estate of South Florida. This background in businesses ownership and real estate investing naturally led Mark to the field of mergers and acquisitions and The Vant Group where his varied experience and dedication make him uniquely qualified to assist buyers and sellers through the complicated process of acquiring and divesting businesses.

Mark is a member of TABB and has a real estate license. He graduated from the University of North Texas in 1991 with a Business Systems degree in Accounting.
