Loren Alexander, Director of Business Development
Mr. Alexander has over forty years experience in ownership and management of six successful small to medium size business enterprises, and several years experience in the Merger and Acquisition business, including over 15 years as an NASD Broker/Dealer, dealing with investment funding and underwriting of business enterprises. Mr. Alexander has served in all corporate capacities as manager of start-up enterprises, as well as purchasing and growing entities to mid-size companies, with developed expertise in investment and debt funding, corporate administration, operations, business development, marketing and sales, and customer/client support services. He has served for the last (15) years , as a CEO of a software system development and marketing company, and expanded it from a domestic base, to international an enterprise, serving over (40) countries, in several vertical industry applications of software products. He has also owned and operated two other software companies, and advised, or sat on the Boards of others. Mr. Alexander received his BA Degree in Economics and Corporate Finance from Willamette University, Salem, Oregon, and his JD Degree in Law, from Willamette University.email: loren@thevantgroup.com
