Keith Prim, Managing Director

Keith Prim joined The Vant Group in May of 2006.  Mr. Prim brings to the firm more than 25 years of varied Senior Management Experience inclusive of ten years specifically in Mergers and Acquisitions.  He has held a Brokers License with the Texas Real Estate Commission for more than eight years and is also well versed in Property and Casualty Insurance holding a General Lines License with the State of Texas .

Mr. Prim has been active in Business Brokerage closing numerous transactions in varied industries.  He brings large transaction experience to the firm with the successful closing of a transaction in excess of $100,000,000.  In addition to Business Brokerage experience, Mr. Prim has participated as a guest author for the Baylor University Institute of Family Business.

Mr. Prim earned his undergraduate degree in Business Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA degree in Business Management from Amberton University .  Mr. Prim has also completed outside studies in Management and Communication with Cornell University and successfully completed the Certified Financial Planning curriculum sponsored by the University of North Texas .
