Buyer Directed Search
In the business transfer process, there are always an abundance of buyer candidates with very few, qualified, available businesses for sale. Once the decision has been made to enter business ownership, the primary task of buyers is to find the right deal. Due to the imbalance between the oversupply of buyers and relative scarcity of good business opportunities, buyers have to use all available resources to find an opportunity. Business Intermediaries are able to canvas the industry of your choice based on your specific wants and needs. This process in conducted in a confidential manner and is outlined below. At TVG, we offer a success fee based search for a business acquisition target whose parameters are set by the buying company or individual.
